Repair Service For Your Prescription Hearing Aids

Repair of your prescription hearing aids, or those of a loved one, is possible if they have simply stopped working, aren’t performing like they used to, or have structural damage. As a part of our commitment to exceptional follow-up care, our hearing aid specialists can diagnose the problem and make use of advanced equipment and our expertise to clean, repair, or adjust your device.

Common repairs include changing tubes, wax guards, receivers, etc. We work with hearing aid models from all major hearing aid manufacturers, providing cleanings, maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep them working to their full potential.

Most maintenance and repair services can take place in our local office, but we sometimes have to send severely damaged units to the manufacturer for repair. To make sure that your hearing instrument is back in service as soon as possible, we use either Fed Ex or ICS for shipping.

Hearing Aid Battery Replacement

Hearing aid batteries of all sizes are available at all our locations. The size of the battery is determined by the type of hearing aid you wear. We keep your information on file, so you don’t need to remember when you come in. If you have dexterity issues, rechargeable hearing aids may be a solution for you.

Ask us how you can join our battery club and earn free batteries!

A Loaner During Repair

Should we send your instrument to the manufacturer, or if in-office repairs are going to cause you to go without your hearing aids for an extended period of time, we have loaner devices you can use while you wait. We try to match your usual device as nearly as possible. They may not be exactly like your custom-formed device, but they’ll work in a pinch until your instrument is ready.
