By 1965, Oticon was a global company that continued to have a growing impact on the hearing care industry, producing the world’s first in-the-ear (ITE) hearing device in 1977 and developing its first digital device in 1996.

In the company’s second century, Oticon’s focus has been on an innovative concept it calls Brain Hearing.
