Hearing Instrument Specialist

As a hearing instrument specialist, Chantal’s role is primarily patient-focused, ensuring she gets to the root of every query.

Whether through testing, repairs, adjustments, wax removal, or problem solving, Chantal does her best to help the community hear and communicate better. After all, she grew up in Waterloo, so she knows the community well.

Due to the nature of Chantal’s role, she is often multitasking different projects, but her calm demeanour allows her to tackle any query a patient may have, whether big or small.

While Chantal is still relatively new to our practice, she has shown sincere dedication and hard work, and we look forward to watching her thrive over the next few months.

Outside of work, Chantal is a crafty person and is currently focused on crochet. She also loves reading, traveling for food, anime, and cats.
