Lindsay grew up and went to school in Waterford.
As a hearing care coordinator, she is a key part of the team and is responsible for many aspects, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and billing.
What makes Lindsay’s role so special is that she is the first point of contact when you walk into the clinic.
With each patient, she always tries to make them smile and feel comfortable, ensuring they are briefed with everything they need to know before their appointment.
While Lindsay loves the patients she serves, her favorite part about her role is how close and wonderful the team is.
From day one, Lindsay immediately felt welcomed and supported. This made the transition into her role very easy and allowed her to connect deeply with her patients and team members.
When Lindsay is not at the clinic, she loves to paint, hang out with her kids, boyfriend, friends, and family. She also loves doing DIY projects.
If you could have dinner with one person, dead or alive, who would it be?
What is your favorite movie?
What is your favorite meal?
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
If your colleagues could choose one word to describe you, what would it be?
