Hearing Care Coordinator

Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Tracy desired to work within hearing care so she could play a role in improving the quality of people’s lives.

As our patient care coordinator, Tracy is exactly where she longed to be, as nearly every moment of her workday involves helping patients in one way or another. Upon arriving at the office, visitors are likely to be warmly greeted by Tracy who is the first point of contact.

She works busily each day scheduling appointments, handling private payments and managing third party insurance billing. Other responsibilities include performing clean and maintenance checks on patients’ hearing aids as well as ordering and receiving stock supplies, hearing aids and accessories.

Tracy shares that she especially likes working with the Arnold Hearing Centres team, meeting new people and fostering connections with current clients.

In her free time, life is equally as busy and rewarding as it is at the office. Tracy loves spending time with her family and get togethers with friends. She is also an outdoor enthusiast who can often be found at her family’s cottage enjoying the beach, campfires, ATV trail rides and fishing. When it’s time to relax, reading a good book, watching movies or playing cards usually does the trick.

The opportunity to help improve the quality of people’s lives.
What are your day-to-day responsibilities/role?
Warmly greet people as the first point of contact within the office. Manage our phone and website inquiries. Schedule appointments, handle private payments and 3rd party insurance billing. Order and receive stock supplies, hearing aids and accessories. Perform clean and maintenance checks on patient’s hearing aids.
What do you love about your work?
Working with my team, meeting new people and fostering connections with current clients.
What do you do for fun outside of the office?
Love my time with my family and get togethers with friends. Time spent at our cottage enjoying the beach, campfires, ATV trail rides and fishing. I enjoy reading a good book, watching movies and playing cards.
