Jenna grew up in Kitchener, Ontario, where she began her journey toward a career in hearing health care. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist at Arnold Hearing Centres, her day-to-day role includes conducting hearing assessments, dispensing and programming hearing aids, performing ear wax removals, and helping out at the front desk to ensure patients feel welcomed and supported from start to finish.
One of Jenna’s favorite parts of working at Arnold Hearing Centres is the strong sense of community and connection that has been built within the team. She truly values the collaborative environment and the relationships formed with both colleagues and patients.
Some of Jenna’s most meaningful moments at the clinic come from hearing success stories from clients who are new to wearing hearing aids—especially when they share how reconnecting with their communities has helped them feel more confident and comfortable in social situations again.
Outside of the clinic, Jenna enjoys spending time with friends, going to concerts, exploring the city, or unwinding at home with a good book.
