Michelle grew up in Toronto, moved to Cambridge while she was in high school and then attended Conestoga College. After watching several family members struggle with a hearing loss and witnessing the difference hearing aids made in their lives, Michelle decided to work within the field of hearing care.
As Arnold Hearing Centres’ hearing care coordinator, Michelle works at the Elmira location. Her workday consists of answering calls, booking appointments and taking payments/insurance claims.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her family.

My grandmother. She was the most amazing person in the world.

Any team facing my husband’s favourite team :)
What is your favourite meal?
Pizza and chicken wings.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Ireland, Germany or Bora Bora.
