Over the past few weeks, our team at Arnold Hearing Centres has had the incredible privilege of celebrating our 75th anniversary with six community events across Elmira, Kitchener (Frederick Mall and Greenbrook Drive), Guelph, Simcoe, and Waterloo.  

And honestly, the turnout has blown us away. 

Each event felt like a reunion, an open house, and a community celebration all rolled into one. We saw so many familiar faces and met countless new ones. We were fortunate enough to welcome alums like Glenda, Katalin, and even John Arnold himself. It’s a pretty special moment when you get to share a milestone like this with people who helped build the foundation you stand on today. 

We were also honoured to have local leaders join us, including MPPs, mayors, and city councillors who took the time to come out and support our clinics and our community.  

One guest even brought in a functioning body aid from the 1950s, which was a huge hit and a reminder of just how far hearing technology has come! 

Of course, no celebration is complete without a bit of fun. We had cupcakes, swag, and a massive anniversary contest with some incredible prizes. A 4K big-screen TV, an iPad, travel gift cards, luggage, and beautifully curated gift baskets from Dana Shortt Gourmet and Gifts.  

All prize draws will be happening the week of November 23rd, so stay close to your phones! 

And we’re not done yet. 

Our final event will take place in New Hamburg on January 22nd. We’re currently in the middle of a complete renovation of that space, and it’s almost ready. We can’t wait to show it off to everyone. 

But I want to say this, from both Stacey and me. The biggest highlight of every event wasn’t the cupcakes, the prizes, or the displays— it was the number of people who came up to us to tell us how great our teams are.  

Hearing story after story about the care, the kindness, and the support our staff has given over the years meant the world to us. That’s the part we’ll remember most. 

Thank you for celebrating 75 years with us. Thank you for trusting us with your hearing care. And thank you for making these events unforgettable.
