This week I headed across the pond to London, England, to attend a prestigious audiology conference, surrounded by my friends and fellow hearing care experts from America and Canada alike.
The event itself has been pretty groovy so far!
It’s been great to see some old friends that I haven’t seen in a while and meet some new members of the circle, bouncing ideas off one another in our shared profession.
I was asked to present in front of this amazing audience of like-minded professionals in beautiful London and all but jumped at the chance to share my thoughts about Smarter Marketing, Stronger Teams.
I shared with the audience about how our team tracks ROI and performance in our marketing plays to keep a finger on the pulse of what comes next in our ever-changing hearing care world – especially with the latest advances in hearing tech and marketing moves.


Each month I share with my team the numbers they need to know, keeping everyone in the loop of what we need to do across all our clinics to succeed and continue to serve our patients to the best of our ability.
By keeping up with our marketing and ad play numbers, we can continue to spread the word of personalized hearing healthcare to more people, making sure that everyone we can possibly reach will hear the life they love most.
It was an honour to get to visit London, see some old friends and share my insights with other hearing care professionals. I can’t wait to see how my presentation helps other professionals in their businesses!
