As a hearing instrument specialist, no one day is the same for Jesse.
From performing hearing tests to hearing aid adjustments and repairs, wax removal, and tinnitus counselling, she approaches every task with professionalism and always gets everything done with high efficiency.
Growing up in Fergus, Ontario, she knows the area well. In particular, she loves the close-knit family community we have at Arnold Hearing Centres, as everyone cares so much about each other.
She cherishes the moments when she is meeting a patient for their first follow-up. Listening to them share the special moments they are now able to be a part of is what made her want to become a hearing instrument specialist.
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys going on adventures with her dog and spending time in nature.
