Jessica grew up in Guelph, ON. She attended John F. Ross for high school and then continued her education at Brock University, followed by Conestoga College.
Jessica’s decision to pursue a career in hearing care stemmed from her father’s experience with hearing loss. Her dad has worn hearing aids since he was five years old, and Jessica grew up hearing about his highs and lows with his hearing. Seeing the impact his specialist made on his life, Jessica wanted to do the same for others.
Working at Arnold Hearing Centres’ Kitchener - Frederick & Guelph offices, Jessica’s main responsibilities include performing earwax removals, cleaning hearing aids and conducting hearing tests and children’s screenings.
Jessica loves meeting new people from all different walks of life. She finds it fascinating to hear everyone’s story and learn new things and perspectives.
In her free time, Jessica can be found working on a new embroidery or cross-stitch project. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
